Content you send, such as messages, snaps and media. It is encrypted in transit and at rest.
With your consent, anonymous page paths on our website. Never names, emails or ids.

How we use it
To deliver the service, keep it secure and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data and we do not use your messages for advertising.
Section 03
Staff access
Staff access to user records requires the two person rule and a recorded legal basis. You are notified unless the law forbids it.
Section 04
Retention
Snaps and unused uploads expire automatically. Other data is kept until you delete it or close your account. Details are in the Security Center.
Section 05
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Contact privacy requests through support.
